New build is up

Just like I said in my previous post, I would get a new build up soon.

Be aware that this build is still a game prototype. I'm trying out a new design direction for the game, one where you are free to explore the neighborhood and walk off the deck.

It is sorely lacking in content, but the main loop and core systems are all in the place. Enjoy and let me know your thoughts.
